Although not focused on stormwater, the TWDB's Rain Harvesting page is included for its extensive information on rainwater harvesting in Texas. The TWDB also offers accreditation programs for rainwater harvesting professionals. Tools for homeowners include:

- a rain water harvest “system size calculator”
- a detailed rain water harvesting map that shows average annual runoff from a 2,000 square-foot roof for any location in Texas.

Texans can also enter the Texas Rain Catcher Award contest, which runs until September 2008.
